Residential delivery normally incurs significant surcharge, usually $400-$600 a tailgate is normally also required which incurs further costs.
Outside of that, the reason we do depot collection (or commercial business address with a forklift) is that it minimises any chance of damage.
Forklift to forklift has proven 98% success rate, residential and not crated will cause damage in 60% of the time.
We effectively build a crate around the system making it to heavy for individuals to lift which means less chance of them being thrown.
