At North Solar we do independent testing and research under ‘RealTime’ environmental conditions to compliment ‘Controlled’ testing on all products we design, engineer, produce, and sell.

Testing under controlled conditions is done in accordance with scientific testing protocols designed specifically for us. These are great for theory, and to use in comparison with ‘RealTime’ testing to improve our products with each new manufacturing run.

Most importantly we value feedback from you, our clients, who give us the most important improvements based on your needs and wants.

Ice and Frost

Date: 07/08/2015 – 11/08/2015
Place: Mt. Buller, Victoria
Purpose: Determine if tubes will crack under freezing conditions
Result: Over 3 days and 2 nights, tube water temperature ranged between 61°C to 16°C.
Ambient temperature range: +1°C to -9°C
